印楝提取物对光肩星天牛成虫体内保护酶的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了证明印楝素能降低光肩星天牛保护酶的活性,影响昆虫体内激素平衡,干扰昆虫生长发育,通过超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)抑制氮蓝四唑在光下的还原作用来确定SOD同工酶活性的大小,采用紫外吸收法测定过氧化氢酶(CAT)同工酶的大小,用愈创木酚来测定过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶的大小。结果表明,光肩星天牛成虫在取食印楝素处理的食物后,在相同时间内SOD和CAT的酶活性变化趋势相似,都在第3 d达到了最高值,而且都是先升高后降低的趋势。POD活性的变化趋势尚不确定,但处理组的酶活性均比对照组的略高。 In order to prove azadirachtin can reduce the activity of anoplophora glabripennis protective enzymes, affect the hormone balance of insects, disturb the growth and development of insects, by restraining the reducing action of nitroblue tetrazolium in light using superoxide dismutase (SOD), the SOD isozymes activity magnitude was ensured by ultraviolet absorption method the magnitude of eatalase (CAT) enzymes was determined and the magnitude of peroxidase (POD) isozymes were guaiaeol adopted. The results show that after anoplophora glabripennis adult feed the food treated by azadiraehtin, in the same period, the enzymatic activities of SOD and CAT have a same tendency and manifest as increased and then deereasedtend and stage reached the highest value in the 3 d. The trends of POD activity are uncertain, but the enzymatic activity of treatment group was higher than the control group.
