摘要
针对常村煤矿12230工作面切眼断面大、围岩环境差、有支护体系效果不好等问题,通过分析研究,并根据工作面实际地质条件,决定采用锚网索+W钢带+36U半圆拱棚+液压抬棚支护复合支护体系,变被动支护为主动支护,有效控制了切眼变形,节省了大量材料,达到了节支降耗的目的。
Based on large section of cut eye, bad surrounding rock environment and support system in 12230 working face of Changcun Mine, through the analysis, based on the geological condition of the working face, anchor wire rope + W steel belt + 36 U semicircle tunnel, hydraulic lift shed supporting composite supporting system was adopted, the technology turned passive support to active support, effectively controlled the deformation of the cut, saved a large amount of material and achieved the purpose of savings and consumption reducing.
