摘要
针对峰峰集团有限公司万年矿总回风大巷支护现状,设计对比了在高地应力采动影响下不同支护形式下2种支护方案,并结合现场工业性试验,进行数据汇总分析。实验结果表明:相比锚杆(索)+局部断面网喷支护方案,锚杆(索)+全断面U型钢网喷支护对巷道的顶底板、两帮以及底鼓变形均起到了很好的控制作用,巷道断面收缩率保持在了86.3%以上,同时又为其他巷道支护方案及参数设定提供了一条新途径。
Based on the total ventilation roadway support situation of Fengfeng Group, two support plans were compared under high ground stress mining influence, combined with industrial test, data was summarized and analyzed, the result showed that compared with anchor rod (rope) + partial section net spray support scheme, anchor rod (rope) + U whole section steel net spray supporting played a very good control effect on roadway deformation of floor heave and two sides, roadway section shrink rate stayed above 86.3%, and provided a new way for other roadway support plan and parameters setting.
