摘要
为了减少煤矿井下大型用电设备的无功功率,进一步降低谐波对供电电网产生的危害,采用煤矿SVG无功补偿技术,对综采工作面电气设备进行节电改造,降低煤矿井下综采工作面大量使用变频、整流设备以及电力电子设备生产运行过程中会产生谐波电流,谐波电压效果显著,使耗能设备无功功率得以充分补偿,大大提高了设备的功率因数,保证了企业高效运营。
In order to reduce the coal mine large reactive power of electrical equipment, further reduce the harm of harmonic in power grid, the practice and research showed that mine SVG reactive compensation power saving technology and electricity-saving rebuilding had good effect on reducing harmonic current, harmonic voltage that produced in mechanized working face large use of inverter, rectifier equipment and power electronic equipment running, which fully compensated reactive power consumption equipment, greatly improved the power factor of the equipment and ensured the efficient economic operation.
