摘要
热力管道在安装及使用时最难把握的是管支架的位移控制,如果安装不好可能导致管道支架从管廊上滑落从而引发事故。介绍了影响支架位移的几个因素:膨胀弯、固定支架、导向支架及滑动支架,并给出了大型化工装置及火力发电装置中高温热力管道支架热位移的经验计算公式。
During installation and use of heating pipeline,the most difficulty is the displacement control of pipe support. If the installation is not good, pipeline support would slide from the pipe gallery to cause an accident. Several factors affecting the support displacement were introduced: expansion bend the large chemical device and thermal power generation devices, fixed brackets, a guide brackets and the sliding brackets, and was given of the experience formula of thermal displacement of high temperature heat pipe support.
