摘要
硝基复合肥是一种含铵态氮、硝态氮、有效磷的高浓度复合肥,是增产效果显著的优质肥料。介绍了高塔硝基复合肥的技术原理、工艺流程及工艺特点,并与部分料浆法生产工艺进行了技术比较。提出了高塔熔融造粒工艺可直接利用硝酸铵溶液生产硝基复合肥,具有工艺流程短、投资少、能耗低、无污染、产品质量高等特点,是适合于硝酸铵企业技术改造和产品升级的技术。
Nitro compound realizer is a high concentration compound fertilizer containing ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, and is a significant effect of increasing yield of high-quality fertilizer. The technical principle, process flow and process characteristics of tower nitro compound fertilizer were introduced.The technology were compared with partial slurry production process technology.It is proposed that the tower melt granulation process can directly produce nitro compound fertilize by using ammonium nitrate solution, which has the advantages of short process flow, low investment, low energy consumption, no pollution, and high product quality, etc..h is suitable for ammonium nitrate enterprise technical transformation and product upgrading.
