丹麦托普索低压装置合成甲醇的影响因素

摘要 丹麦托普索低压合成甲醇装置合成甲醇中各因素的优化控制,对提高粗醇产量,改善粗醇质量,节省甲醇精馏的投入成本,提升企业效益起着很大作用。探讨了影响甲醇合成反应的诸多因素,如温度、压力、空速、碳氢比、惰性气体含量、入塔甲醇含量等。生产结果表明,合成反应温度控制为230℃左右,碳氢比控制为2.05左右,严格控制原料气品质,根据惰性气体含量调整惰性气体系统放空阀开度,能够有效抑制副反应的生成,延长催化剂的使用寿命,实现合成装置的稳定长周期运行。 In optimization control of various factors by Danish Topp rope low pressure synthesis methyl alcohol installment synthesis of methyl alcohol is playing the very major role for enhancing the thick mellow output, improving the thick mellow quality, saving the investment cost in the methyl alcohol selective evaporation,and increasing the promotion enterprise benefit. Many Influence factors methyl alcohol sysnthesis reaction were discussed, like temperature, pressure, airspeed, ratio of carbon and hydrogen, inert gas content, alcohol content at the towerentrance methyl and so on.The production results indicated when the synthesis reaction temperature is about 230 ℃, the ratio of carbon and hydrogen is about 2.05, strictly controlling the feed gas quality, carries on adjusting the air release in valve opening the indifferent gas system dump along with the indifferent gas content,the side reaction can be effectively controlled, the catalyst service life can be lengthened,the synthesis.installment can be kept stable and long period operation.
