碱渣系统的优化改造

摘要 针对唐山三友化工股份公司重碱车间纯碱生产过程中产生的大量碱渣废液,由一级泵站输送至碱渣场中转站和碱渣泵出口突发喷液事故从而淹没泵坑影响生产的情况,总结了一级泵站地下泵坑式碱渣系统存在的缺陷,分析了碱渣泵出口突发喷液事故的原因,介绍了改造方案及运行情况,即将原地下泵坑式泵站改为地上式泵站,并对设备进行合理布局。改造后,确保了生产的安全稳定运行。 There are a lot of waste liquid of alkali residue during the production of soda ash in Tangshan Sanyou Industry Corporation Ltd.. The sudden spray accident was happened in the transferring station for transporting the waste liqulid form I -phase pump station to the transfering station,and the reasons to bury jumping pit to affect production. The defects in the underground pit-style system in I -phase pump station were introduced,the ejection accidents in the outlet of alkali residue pump were analyzed. The reformation plan and operation situation, that is , changing the original underground pit-style pump station into aboveground pump station and distributing the equipment rationally were introduced. After the reformation, the stable production will be ensured.
