摘要
本文分析了在课例研究过程中阻碍教师合作的原因,主要集中在以下几个方面:教师在课例研究中"问题意识""责任意识"淡薄,教师存在孤立主义的教学观念。教师水平差异小、时间上的限制影响教师的合作,教师对课例研究中合作的效果抱有很低的期望。针对这些阻碍教师合作的原因,本文提出了以下改进措施:研究课的选课要围绕教师共同关注的问题进行,课例研究中要有明确分工,课例研究要让教师看到合作的效果。
This thesis analyzes the reasons for impeding teacher cooperation in lesson study process. The reasons are showed in the following points. Teachers have weak consciousness of problem and weak sense of responsibility. Teachers have isolationism concepts of teaching. Similar teaching Jevet and time constraints effect teachers' collaboration in lesson study. What is more, teachers have very low expectation of the collaboration result. Based on these reasons which hinder teachers cooperation, this thesis proposes some suggestions for improvement. First, research courses should focus on the common interest of teachers. Second, there must be a clear division of lesson study. Last, it's better to make teachers see the results of cooperation.
