摘要 在知识经济和经济全球化进程日益加快的今天,衡量一个区域竞争优势的决定因素已不再是自然资源的丰裕程度,而主要是知识资源和科技创新能力。这也是我国民营企业与中小企业发展遇到的问题之一。分析了科技创新平台体系建设与成果转化机制中存在的问题,提出我国的科学技术基础薄弱、国情复杂、人才素质不均和人才流失以及科技成果转化定位错误是制约科技成果转化的瓶颈,并在如何解决转化过程存在的问题给出了指导意见。 in the process of knowledge economy and economic globalization, determining factors of measuring a regional competitive advantage is no longer the abundance of natural resources, which are mainly the knowledge re- sources and the ability of innovation of science and technology. This is one of the developments of China's private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises encounter problems. This paper analyzes the existing science and technology innovation system construction and transformation mechanism problem, put forward the scientific technology in China is weak, the complex country, talent quality uneven and the loss of talented people and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements positioning error is the bottleneck restricting the trans- formation of scientific and technological achievements transformation, and the problems existing in the process of guiding opinions are given on how to solve.
