摘要
跨国公司在世界经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。技术是跨国公司在全球竞争中最重要的优势之一,跨国公司凭借技术优势保持着有利的竞争地位。跨国公司的并购对东道国技术外溢不仅具有局限性与垄断性,而且还造成发展中东道国的产业技术进步对跨国公司的依赖。我国经济发展的"新常态"下,认清跨国公司并购中的技术垄断对产业发展的影响,发挥好政府与市场的作用和我们的制度优势,将有利于推动我国的产业转型和升级。
Multinational companies play more an important role in the world economy. Technology is one of the raost important advantages of multinational companies which have maintained a favorable competitive advantage and position in technology. It＇s merger not only have limitation and monopoly to technology spillover of the host coun- tries, but also cause the host country＇s industrial technical advance relying on the multinational companies. Under the normal situation of China＇ s economic development, we must realize the influence of the technical monopoly of the multinational merger to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading .
