摘要
目的建立以盐酸消化体系用火焰原子吸收法测定工作场所空气中锡及化合物的方法。方法将微孔滤膜在浓盐酸条件下消化,火焰原子吸收法测定锡浓度。结果锡浓度在0μg/ml^160μg/ml时线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限为0.32μg/ml。低、中、高不同浓度锡标准溶液的回收率分别为99.0%、102.0%、99.2%,相对标准偏差均<5.0%。结论本方法灵敏度高、干扰少、简便、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中锡及化合物的测定。
Objective To establish a rapid method for determination of stannum and its compounds in workshop air with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The microfiltration membrane was digested,and then stannum concentration was detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linear relation the concentration stannum was good among0 μg / ml- 160 μg / ml and the detect limitation of this method was 0. 32 μg / ml( r = 0. 999 3). The recovery rates of stannum at three different concentrations were 99. 0%,102. 0% and 99. 2% respectively,and the RSDs were all less than 5. 0%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,high sensitive and precise for direct determination of stannum and its compounds in air of workplace.
