经骶尾途径切除低位直肠癌23例临床观察

Via Sacrococcygeal Approach Resecting Low Rectal Carcinoma ：Clinical Observation on 23 Cases

为探讨经骶尾途径切除低位直肠癌的临床疗效，回顾采用经骶尾途径切除治疗的23例低位直肠癌患者资料。结果显示，23例患者全部治愈。术后随访1～5年，均无复发。结果表明，经骶尾途径切除治疗低位直肠癌安全、有效。

In order to investigate the clinical effect via sacrococcygeal approach resecting low rectal carcinoma,authors retrospectively reviewed the data of 23 cases who had received above surgery.As results,all the patients were cured;the follow-up of 1-5 years did not find any reccuence cases.Results show that via sacrococcygeal resection surgery for low rectal carcinoma is safe and effective.
