中西医结合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效

Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Perianal Condyloma Acuminatum： Clinical Effect

为探讨中西医结合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效，将2012年2月至2014年2月我科收治的48例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各24例。观察组采用中西医结合法治疗[应用ZZ型肛肠综合治疗仪的高频电刀烧灼疣体，配合中药（主要成分为苦参、黄柏、蒲公英、板蓝根、大青叶、土茯苓、防风、马齿苋、大黄）熏洗坐浴、尤脱欣外涂]；对照组单纯采用西医治疗（用高频电刀烧灼疣体）。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果显示，观察组治愈19例（79．17％），好转3例，无效2例，总有效率为91．67％（22／24）；对照组治愈11例（43．83％），好转4例，无效9例，总有效率为62．50％（15／24）。观察组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，中西医结合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效确切，优于单纯西医治疗，值得临床推广。

In order to investigate the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treating perianal condyloma acuminatum,author randomly divided 48 cases with perianal condyloma acuminatum who were admitted in author＇s deaprtment from Feb. 2012 to Feb. 2014yr. into observation group and control group, n =24 for each group;to the former gave high-frequency electrotome of ZZ type comprehensive therapy apparatus for coloproctological diseases to burn wart-body,and combined with Chinese medicine fuming ＆ wash sitz bath（main ingredients including Radix Sophorae Flavescentis , Cortex Phellodendri , Herba Taraxaci ,Radix Isatidis , Folium Isatidis , Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae , Radix Ledebouriellae , Herba Portulacae , Radix et Rhizoma Rhei , etc）, external use of Youtuoxin;meanwhile to control group only gave high-frequency electrotome to burn wart-body.And compared the clinical effect of both groups.As results,in observation group 19 cases（79.17%） were cured,3 improved,2 were of nonresponse, and total effective rate was 91.67 % （22 / 24 ）, in control group 11 （43.83 % ）, 4,9 and 62.50 % （ 15 / 24） ,respectively; the curative rate and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum has determined effect,and is superior to alone western medicine, worthy to be popularized clinically.
