九华膏肛内推注法换药对混合痔术后肛门坠胀的影响

Influence of Jiuhuagao Ointment Intra-anal Bolus for Dressing Exchange on Postoperative Anal Tenesmus Sensation of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

为探讨九华膏肛内推注法换药对混合痔术后肛门坠胀的影响，将60例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组以九华膏肛内推注法换药，对照组以九华膏炮弹式棉球纳入法换药，从术后疼痛、每次肛门坠胀持续时间、坠胀程度、排便顺畅程度、每次排便时间5个方面评价总体疗效，并统计肛门坠胀持续时间和创面愈合时间。结果表明，治疗组痊愈27例，显效0例，有效3例，无效0例，痊愈率为90．0％；对照组痊愈18例，显效5例，有效5例，无效2例，痊愈率为60．0％。治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组肛门坠胀持续时间和创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，九华膏肛内推注法换药能够减轻混合痔患者术后肛门坠胀及疼痛等早期不适症状，促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate the influence of Jiuhuagao ointment intra-anal bolus for dressing exchange on tenesmus sensation of anus following mixed hemorrhoids surgery.The 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, n = 30, for each group;treatment group adopted above method for dressing exchange,while control group adopted Jiuhuagao ointment spindle-like roller into anus for doing so,then the whole effects of both methods were evaluated through following 5 points as postoperative pain, lasted time as well degree of each tenesmus of anus, the smooth status on bowel movement,the time for each defecation, and, the lasted time of tenesmus of anus and the time for wound-surface healing were recorded.As results,in treatment group 27 cases were cured,0 of excellent response,3 of response,0 of non-response,and the curative rate was 90.0%（27/30）,while in control group, 18,5,5,2 and 60.0 % （ 18/30）, respectively; thus the curative rate of treatment group was significant- ly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）,and the lasted time of tenesmus of anus as well as the time for wound-surface healing in treatment group were significantly shorter than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that Jiuhuagao ointment intra-anal bolus for dressing exchange can relieve mixed hemorrhoids patient＇s early symptoms such as postoperative tenesmus and pain of anus, promote wound- surface healing.
