摘要
采用克牢王Kelao-WG分别对活性红R-2BF100%、活性黄RW150%、活性深蓝R-2GLN100%染色棉织物进行固色整理,优化的固色工艺条件为:固色剂40 g/L、固色液p H值5。整理后的棉织物干摩擦牢度达5级、湿摩擦牢度4级、耐水泡牢度3级,Da*、Db*和ΔE值均小于1。
Fixation of cotton reactive dyeing with Reactive Red R-2BFI00%, Reactive Yellow RW150% and Reactive Blue R-2GLN100% respectively is carried out with fixing agent Kelao-WG. The results show that the optimal fixing process is fixing agent Kelao-WG 40 g/L with pH value of 5. The fixed cotton dyeings feature good color fastness to dry rubbing,wet rubbing and water of Grade 5, 4 and 3 respectively, and Da＊,Db＊ and AE value less than 1.
