桃红四物汤加味治疗颈内动脉狭窄所致缺血性眼病19例

19 Case of Ocular Ischemic Diseases Caused by Carotid Stenosis Treatment with Modified Taohong Siwu decoction

目的:观察桃红四物汤加味对颈内动脉狭窄所致缺血性眼病的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的39例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组19例(21只眼),对照组20例(21只眼)。对照组予西药阿司匹林肠溶片、氯吡格雷片、甲钴胺片口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加服桃红四物汤加味汤剂,治疗观察90d。结果:两组治疗后视力均有不同程度改善,但两组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.036 1,<0.05),两组眼底症状及视野评分经治疗后均有改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.043 0,<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加味联合西药口服剂能更有效改善颈内动脉狭窄所致缺血性眼病的相关症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction in treating ocular ischemic diseases caused by carotid stenosis. Methods： 39 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomLy divided into treatment group which has 19 cases （21 eyes） and control group which has 20 cases （21 eyes）.The control group assigned to receive aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel tablets and Methycobal,while the treatment group was cured together with modified Taohong Siwu decoction based on the treatment of control group,observing the effect after 90 days＇ treatment cycle. Result： Post-treatment,the visions of two groups had different degrees of improvement,and there was significant difference in two groups （P=-0.036 1〈0.05）,while the visual field scores and the fundus symptoms in two groups were improved after treatment,and there was significant difference in two groups （P=-0.043 0〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Taking modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Western medicines could effectively improve the related symptoms of ocular ischemic diseases caused by carotid stenosis better.
