乌灵胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并焦虑26例

Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstrauctive Pulmonary Disease Comdicated with Anxiety Treatment with Wuling Capsule

目的:观察乌灵胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期并焦虑的临床效果。方法:采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对148例COPD患者进行调查,选取其中HAMA≥7分的COPD患者52例进行观察治疗,随机分为对照组26例及观察组26例,两组均给予COPD规范化治疗。此外,观察组予口服乌灵胶囊,对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新),2组在治疗前后均予HAMA评分、肺功能检查,观察临床症状及体征。结果:治疗后两组HAMA评分,观察组优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间临床疗效比较统计学无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊能有效改善COPD急性发作期焦虑状态,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effect of Wuling capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in a- cute exacerbation period of efficacy and anxiety. Method： Using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） to investigate 148 cases of COPD patients, treated in 52 COPD patients with HAMA ≥Tcases, and randomly divided into control group of 26 cases and 26 cases of treatment group. The two groups were given COPD standardized treatment, the treatment group was treated with Wuling capsule, the control group oral administration of Flupentixol and melitracen tablets （Dai Lixin）, the 2 groups before and after treatment were treated with HAMA score, pulmonary function tests, clinical symptoms and signs. Results：After treatment, HAMA scores of the two groups, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment between the two groups was no significant difference in clinical curative effect （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Wuling capsule can improve the acute exacerbation of COPD anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients.
