耳穴埋豆辅助治疗Ⅱ级原发性高血压病40例

An observation on auxiliary Curative Effect for Primary Hypertension of Grade II by Pressing Beans on Ear Acupoints

目的:观察耳穴埋豆对原发性高血压病Ⅱ级患者的辅助治疗效果。方法:按纳入标准选择原发性高血压病Ⅱ级患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组在常规应用降压药的同时加耳穴埋豆,对照组仅常规应用降压药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组降压效果显著优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆对原发性高血压病Ⅱ级患者有辅助降压作用。

Objective ：To observe the auxiliary curative effect of pressing beans on patients＇ear acupoints with primary hypertension of grade II .Method： 80 cases of primary hypertension of grade II according to the inclusion criteria were divide randomly into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated by conventional antihypertensive drugs ,meanwhile treated assisting by pressing beans on ear acupoints, and the control group was just treated by conventional antihypertensive drugs.To compare the curative effect of the two groups. Result ：There is a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05 ）,the curative effect of experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusion： Pressing beans on ear acupoints has an auxiliary curative effect on primary hypertension of grade II.
