摘要 目前,国内高校制药工程专业的实践教学环节,尚未形成真正意义上的实践教学体系,从而忽视了人才培养的联动性。本文探讨,以协同创新理念为核心,以"高位就业"为培养目标,将实训、实习、实践、就业各个环节连接起来,构建基于协同创新理念的高校制药工程专业立体化实践教学体系,提高实践教学质量,全面提高医药教育人才质量。 At present, practice teaching of college pharmaceutical engineering doesn't not form a complete teaching system, and the linkage of personnel training is ignored. In order to improve the level and quality of medical practice education, so as to improve the quality of practical teaching, and comprehensively improve the quality of medical education. Training, practice,employment are linked to construct the stereoscopic practice of cooperative teaching system of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty based on the concept of innovation, in which collaborative innovation idea is the core, with "high employment" as the goal.
