雷公藤制剂治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

The Advance of Tripterygium Preparations Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

现代研究表明,雷公藤具有抗炎、免疫抑制、抗肿瘤等药理作用。糖尿病肾病作为引起终末期肾病的主要原因之一,尚缺乏有效的治疗药物。近年来,雷公藤制剂被逐渐应用于糖尿病肾病的治疗,并取得了一定的疗效。本文对近年来雷公藤制剂治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效、治疗机制及不良反应等作一综述,为进一步研究雷公藤制剂治疗糖尿病肾病提供参考。

The modem researches show that Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.F. has functions of anti-inflammation, immune inhibition, anti-tumor, etc. Diabetic nephropathy（DN） is still lack of effective treatment, as the main cause of end stage renal disease. Tripterygium Preparations has been gradually used in treating diabetic nephropathy with certain efficacy in recent years. The article made a review on clinical effects, therapeutic mechanism and adverse reactions of Tripterygium preparations in treating DN.
