摘要 为了优化选矿工艺,提高选矿指标,针对内蒙古某地区的萤石矿进行了选矿试验研究。确定了合适的药剂制度及选矿原则流程,其中使用了一种改性酸性水玻璃HSiO作为抑制剂,通过"一粗一扫七精"的单一浮选流程,得到萤石品位97.24%、产率22.47%、回收率81.57%的萤石精矿,以及萤石品位6.37%、回收率18.43%、产率77.53%的萤石尾矿。浮选条件试验可以得出如下结论:1随着磨矿细度的增加,萤石精矿的品位不断升高,但是其回收率不断降低;2随着酸性水玻璃用量的不断增加,萤石精矿的品位也是不断升高,回收率是不断降低;3随着捕收剂油酸钠用量的不断增加,萤石精矿的品位不断降低,回收率不断升高。 By the experimental research of processing on fluorite ore in Mongolia ,the suitable reagent system and technological conditions are determined ,However the beneficiation indexes were improved and the beneficiation process was optimized . A fluorite concentrate grading of 97 .24% CaF2 ,the yield of 22.47% and a recovery of 81 .57% were obtained by processing using a single flotation flowsheet consisting one roughing ,one scavenging seven cleanings in alkali medium with depressor of modifier sodium silicate . However ,the tailings were containing the grading of 6 .37% CaF2 ,a recovery of 18 .43% and the yield of 77 .53% .Flotation condition test can get the following conclusions :Firstly with the increase of grinding fineness ,the concentrate grade is rising ,but the recovery is coming down ,However the HSiO’s dosage have the same regular ;secondly with the increase of sodium oleate ,the concentrate grade is decreasing but the recovery is rising .
