随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,有效需求不足对国民经济增长的制约作用日益明显,迫切需要建立适合中国国情的消费政策体系。本文通过对中外消费政策的回顾与比较,为构建适合中国国情的有中国特色的消费政策体系提供了有益的启示。

In China, because of the main problem in the economy was the insufficiency of productivity, the consumption problems had been neglected for a long time and in fact no consumption policies was formulated. But the insufficiency of consumption demand have been the main obstacle in China's economy, So it is very important to set up consumption policies which adapt to China. This article compared the internal and external consumption policies and provided useful inspiration for formulating consumption policies with Chinese Characteristics.
