消费者移动购物行为影响因素研究

Research on consumer mobile shopping behavior influencing factor

摘要 移动电子商务是电子商务发展过程中的一种形式,移动购物应用在移动电商中增长迅速。通过对移动网购消费者的问卷调查,获得相应的数据,利用SPSS软件对影响消费者移动购物因素进行实证分析,得到7个公共因子起到主要作用,然后对公因子进行加权求和得到影响消费者移动购物因素的综合评价模型。 Mobile e-commerce is a form of e-commerce in the development, Mobile shopping application grow rapidly. In this paper, through the investigation of mobile shopping consumer, obtain the data, then analysis of the influence factor of consumer mobile shopping with the SPSS software,7 common factors play a major role. Then weighted sum of the common factor get impact of consumer mobile shopping comprehensive evaluation model.
