高职院校篮球运动损伤的现状调查与分析——以福建对外经济贸易职业技术学院为例

Survey and Analysis of Vocational College Students Basketball Injury—Taking Fujian International Business and Economic College as an example

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,以福建对外经济贸易职业技术学院的篮球爱好者为研究对象,对相关在运动中受伤情况进行调查,并从运动损伤的原因及预防着手进行分析,为广大篮球运动爱好者提供一些帮助,减少和避免运动损伤的发生,促进学校篮球运动的发展。

In this paper, literature, questionnaires, statistics and other research methods, Fujian Foreign Economic and Trade Vocational and Technical College basketball fans as the research object in motion injuries related to investigate the situation, and the reasons and from sports injuries prevention proceed to analyze, for the majority of basketball enthusiasts to provide some help to reduce and prevent sports injuries, promote the development of the school basketball.
