摘要
将运用于企业的精细化管理理念精髓引入到高校职业指导工作中,是一种积极有益的探索和实践。高校在开展精细化职业指导过程中,,职业指导人员的工作执行力至关重要。职业指导人员执行理念的偏差、执行态度的消极、执行能力的欠缺均是影响高校开展精细化职业指导实际成效的制约因素。高校应积极培育有高效执行力的职业指导人员,以实现精细化职业指导的有效开展和推进。
It is a positive and useful exploration and practice that the essence of the refined concept used in enterprises is introduced into vocational guidance in universities. In carrying out the process of refined vocational guidance in universities, vocational guidance staff's execution is essential. The deviation of the executive concept ,deviation of executive attitude ,lack of executive abilities are the restrictive factors which are affecting the actual effectiveness of refined vocational guidance in universities. Universities should actively cultivate efficient execution of the vocational guidance staff, in order to achieve the effective implementation and propulsion of refined vocational guidance.
