摘要
目前,我国的人民陪审员制度正处于逐步完善的阶段,如何进行完善是我国理论界和司法实务界共同面对的难题。借鉴国外的特别是美国的相关经验和做法,总结人民陪审员制度在我国运行的成败得失,是破解这一难题的关键所在。
As the people’s jury system of China is in the stage of gradual improvement,how to perfect the system is the common difficulty in theoretical and judicial practice.The key to solve the difficulty lies in borrowing the positive experience abroad especially the American jury system and reflecting on the success and failure of this system in our country.
