摘要
高职院校顶岗实习合作类型多样,如何选择合适的校企合作基地是重要问题,以马鞍山师专酒店专业校企合作为例,通过定量构建5个一级评价指标和24个二级指标的校企合作酒店基地的评价体系,以实习生、教师、企业三方为评判主体,实证研究了评价结果,并提出了相应的建议和思考。
As internship of vocational college has diversified cooperation types,it is of vital importance to choose appropriate school-enterprise cooperation bases.Taking the hotel management major of Maanshan Teacher’s College as the example,this paper constructs a quantitative evaluation system of school-enter-prise cooperation base with 5 primary and 24 secondary evaluation indexes.With interns,teachers and en-terprises as the evaluation subject,it carries out empirical research on the evaluation results and put for-ward relevant suggestions and reflection.
