摘要
对不同类型甲烷气敏传感器起始工作输出对应浓度的电压值的响应时间进行了研究。基于STM32开发板搭建甲烷气敏传感器系统进行A/D采样,数据被采集后输入计算机。对响应电压随时间变化的研究表明,甲烷气敏传感器通电工作到输出对应浓度的电压值需要一段时间。甲烷气敏传感器起始工作到响应输出稳定电压延迟时间的研究对改善传感器制备方案、提升传感器的灵敏度、优化甲烷传感器检测系统都具有重要意义。
The response time of starting point output voltage values for different types of methane gas sensor corresponding to the certain CH4 concentration was studied. Based on STM32 development board methane gas sen- sor system built for A/D sampling, data were collected and then input into the computer via a serial transfer. The results of the research on the relation of response voltage values versus time show that methane gas sensor outputting the stable voltage value will relay some time. The researches on the delay in response time for the start point for working of methane gas sensors with outputting stable voltage are of great significance in improving the preparation of sensors, enhancing the sensitivity of the sensor and optimizing gas detection system sensors.
