自我导向教师专业发展框架的建构尝试与启示

The Construction and Inspiration of Self-directed Teachers' Professional Development Framework

摘要 自我导向教师专业发展是基于教师的内在发展需求,以自我导向性和丰富生活经验为基础,与教师生活密切相关,能够立即应用并改进教学实践的发展模式,是一种内在路径的教师专业发展路径。本文通过以有效教师专业发展为基点,建构了以职业效能感和教学效能感为支撑的自我导向教师专业发展框架,期待能够为测量内在的教师专业发展水平提供一种借鉴和参照。 Based on teachers’inner development demand and self-directed and rich life experience,self-directed teachers’professional development is closely related to teachers’life;as an inner path of teacher professional development,it is a development model able to be applied to improve teaching practice. This paper attempts to construct self-directed teacher professional development framework which is supported by professional and teaching efficacy through effective teacher professional development. The paper tries to offer a reference for measuring inner teacher professional development.
