摘要
教师专业眼光是教师专业能力的重要组成部分。本文对美国Sherin,M.G.等研究者在视频俱乐部情境中利用视频发展教师专业眼光的持续十余年的系列研究进行了综述,具体包括教师专业眼光的概念、结构、采用视频俱乐部的原因、视频俱乐部的实施过程、教师专业眼光的发展变化情况与对教学实践的影响。希望能够为我国中小学教师的专业发展研究与实践提供新的研究视角与实践模式。
Teachers’professional vision is an important part of teachers’professional ability. This article is to review Professor Sherin and others ’ related research of over 10 years about using video to develop teacher ’s professional vision in the video club. The research includes the concept of teachers’professional vision,the structure of professional vision,the reason to adopt the video club mode to develop teachers’professional vision, the specific implementation process,the development and change of teachers’professional vision and its impact on the teaching practice. It is expected that this will provide a new research perspective and practice mode for our primary and secondary school teachers’professional development research and practice.
