新中国成立以来,我国保险产业经历了一个曲折的发展过程,形成了颇具中国特色且符合我国发展实际的保险产业。在此期间,我国保险产业资金运用也经历了一个由无到有、由小到大逐步发展的过程,目前保险资金运用已经逐渐成为保险公司主要的利润来源。资本市场与保险市场之间建立了一种关联、互动与共赢的关系,保险资金在资本市场中具有举足轻重的地位。综观我国保险产业几十年来的发展历程,尽管其在资金运用与监管上取得了一定的成绩,但仍然存在一些不容忽视的问题。当前及今后一段时间内,面对金融领域资产债务增加、宏观经济与金融领域日益复杂的竞争形势,保险资金运用将变得更加困难。为做好保险资金运用工作,必须在综合考虑资金使用制度、产业发展存在问题、宏观经济与金融以及其他风险因素基础上,一方面着眼于风险预防,努力扩大资金使用范围;另一方面始终进行专业化管理,走改革创新之路。

Since the establishment of new China, the insurance industry has experienced a tortuous process, and formed an insurance industry suitable to the reality of China. During that period of time, the use of fund in this industry also has experienced the process of gradually development. At present, the use of insurance fund has become one of the main profit sources of insurance companies. The relation between capital market and insurance market are correlative and interactive, and they are both in the win-win situation. So, insurance fund is very critical in the capital market. From the history of China’s insurance industry, though we have made some achievements in the use and supervision of fund, there are still some problems we cannot neglect. At present and in the near future, facing the increased debt and the increasingly complicated competition in macro economic and financial areas, the use of insurance fund will getting more difficult. To do a better job in the use of insurance fund, based on the consideration of related regulation, the problems with industrial development, and risk in macro economic and financial areas, on one hand, we should pay more attention to risk prevention and expand the usable range of fund;on the other hand, we should always develop with the help of specified management, reform and innovation.
