摘要
锂离子电池以其低成本、长寿命、高性能等特点正在成为电动汽车的核心电源类型。本文基于某电动车用三元材料电池,在电池组层面上,对不同温度下的容量效率、能量效率、直流阻抗、功率性能等方面进行测试,详细分析了三元电池组在低温下的各种性能,结果表明三元锂电池组在低温下具有较高的电性能,如放电功率等,相比于同规格的磷酸铁锂电池可提高10%,满足整车低温使用要求。
Lithium-ion battery has been used for the core power source of the electric vehicle with low-cost, long-life, high-performance features. The performance of capacity/energy efficiency and DC resistance, power at different temperatures in the battery pack level has been performed based on NCM battery of electric vehicle in this paper. A detailed performance analysis of battery pack at low temperatures has been introduced. The results show that the NCM lithium batteries have more than 10% higher electrical performance than LFP lithium battery to meet the requirement of vehicle in lower temperature usage, such as discharge power and capacity.
