摘要
针对制取生物柴油较为苛刻的反应条件,选择庚酸乙酯为模型化合物,在硫化态NiMo催化剂上,考察了温度、压力和时间对其转化率的影响。选取正交实验表L9(34),在200-300℃、2-4MPa和2-4h进行实验,通过方差分析得知,在该范围内,温度对转化率有非常显著的影响,而压力和时间对其无影响。所得优化条件为300℃、2MPa、2h,在此条件下,转化率可达0.937。
ethyl oenanthate was selected as model compound to investigate the influence of reaction temperature, pressure and time to conversion using sulphur state Ni Mo catalyst towards rigorous conditions of biodiesel preparation at present. Orthogonal table L9(34)was chosen to perform experiments. Temperature range was 200 ~300 ℃, pressure range was 2 ~4 MPa and time range was 2 ~4h.Through variance analysis, the conclusion was summarized that reaction temperature had obvious influence on conversion while pressure and time had little influence. The optimization conditions were 300 ℃, 2 MPa, 2h, under which condition, the conversion could reach 93.7%.
