摘要
对某化工企业的无水氢氟酸、氯乙烯(VC)、偏氯乙烯(VDC)输送屏蔽泵检修装配、使用操作等方面发生故障的部分案例,分析了发生故障的原因,采取相应措施进行检修;结合使用、维护、检修经验,从安装检修、日常操作管理、部件选材几方面提出了使用屏蔽泵应注意的事项,检修中应注意规范检修程序、强化科学检修,运行中要控制合理的工艺条件、严格执行操作规程,以避免类似案例发生。
Introduced some fault cases of maintenance assembly and operation in shielding pump for transmission anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, vinyl chloride(VC), vinylidene chloride(VDC) in a chemical company, analyzed the reason and took corresponding measures; put forward matters needing attention in shielding pump using from aspects including installation maintenance, daily operation management and parts materials selection combined with the use, maintenance, and maintenance experience. Maintenance procedures should be noticed, scientific maintenance should be strengthened, reasonable process conditions should be controlled,operation procedure should be strictly executed in the operation in order to avoid similar cases to happen.
