摘要
建立了焊剂中磷元素的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)的测定方法,样品经盐酸、硝酸溶解,于优化选定的仪器条件下测定磷元素.使用本方法与熔炼焊剂化学分析方法-钼蓝光度法测定磷量(JB/T7948.8-1999)结果一致.测定回收率均在96.0%~98.0%之间,标准偏差小于0.8%,该法操作简便,分析快速,结果准确,比钼蓝光度法更为快速。
To establish the determination method of flux in P using ICP-AES. Samples dissolved hydrochloric HC1-HNO3 dissolve. To optimize the selected instrument under the condition of P element. Using this method and the heat flux of chemical analysis molybdenum blue photometric method for determination of P amount (JB/T7948. 8-1999) consistent results. In the determination of recovery 96.0%~98.0%. The standard deflation is less than 0. 8%.The method is simple, rapid analysis theresults are accurate.More quickly than molybdenum blue photometeie method.
