摘要 使用Brookfield粘度计对非牛顿流体型飞机除冰/防冰液的流变性进行了研究,通过对飞机除冰/防冰液剪切速率和剪切应力的测量和数据拟合,发现在中等剪切速率条件下,飞机除冰/防冰液符合幂律流体的流变特性;在剪切率趋近于0和趋近于无穷大时,飞机除冰/防冰液的粘度都是趋近于一个固定值,据此推导出新的流变方程,新流变方程能在整个剪切速率范围内很好的反应飞机除冰/防冰液的流变特性。 The non-Newton aircraft deicing / anti-icing fluid rheological property through use of Brookfield viscometer. By means of the aircraft deicing / anti-icing fluid shear rate and shear stress measurement and data calculation,found that under the condition of medium shear rate,the aircraft deicing / anti-icing fluid conforms to the power law. The shear rates tend to be zero and tend to infinity,the aircraft deicing / anti-icing fluid viscosity is close to a constant value. The new rheological equation can describe the rheological properties of the aircraft deicing / anti-icing fluid within the full scope of the shear rate.
