新型柠檬酸酸洗缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过腐蚀失重法研究了缓蚀剂对20#碳钢在柠檬酸溶液中腐蚀的缓蚀性能,并通过电化学极化分析对缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理进行了研究。结果表明,该缓蚀剂在2%~8%柠檬酸中具有优良的缓蚀效果。在酸洗温度(95±2)℃,pH值为3.5~4.0,酸洗时间6 h,缓蚀剂添加量0.3%的条件下,缓蚀率达95%以上,且对三价铁离子具有很好的抑制效果。 The corrosion inhibition inhibitor of 20#carbon steel corrosion in citric acid solution by corrosion weight loss method,and characteristics of steel were measured through electrochemical polarization analysis. Result shows that the corrosion inhibitor in 2% ~ 8 % citric acid,under the condition of acid pickling temperature( 95 ± 2) ℃,p H 3. 5 ~ 4. 0,pickling time 6 h,corrosion inhibitor 0. 3%,the corrosion rate is more than 95 %,to have excellent inhibition effect on ferric ion.
