合成硫代壳聚糖黄原酸盐及其对Zn^(2+)的吸附研究

摘要 以自制壳聚糖和原乙酸三甲酯为原料进行缩醛反应,在NH3·H2O中进行交联、接枝、磺化等化合反应,制备以氮为中心硫代氨基壳聚糖黄原酸盐(DCX),采用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱(FTIR)对DCX进行分析表征。研究DCX具有吸附性能较好的硫代氨基基团和网络结构用于吸附废水中的Zn2+,考察DCX对Zn2+吸附时间,不同离子浓度等因素对吸附热力学及动力学的耦合效应,实验证明,DCX已成功合成,DCX对Zn2+吸附符合Langmuir等温方程和准一级动力学方程,其活化能Ea为4.695 k J/mol,ΔH为4.89 k J/mol。 A novel dithioamino chitosan xanthogenate( DCX) was prepared by acetalization between chitosan and original 3-acetic acidmethyl ester to produce chitosan ring ester and crosslinking in ammonia and graft copolymerized by acrylamide and sulfonation. The structure of DCX was analyzed by FTIR and SEM analysis. The dithioamino groups in DCX demonstrated good performance for adsorption of Zn2 +in wastewater. The effects of adsorption time,concentration and temperature on the thermodynamics and kinetics of Zn2 +adsorption on DCX were investigated. Experiments indicate that it has been successfully applied for the adsorption of Zn2 +. The adsorption isotherms conform to Langmuir adsorption equation and first-order kinetic equation,the activation energy Eais 4. 695 k J / mol and enthalpy is 4. 89 k J / mol.
