骨髓纤维化转化为急性单核细胞白血病1例并文献复习

A case report of acute monocytic leukemia transformed from myelofibrosis and a literature review

患者，男，76岁，已婚。既往有面神经麻痹病史20余年。2013年1月因“反复面色苍白、乏力3年余，加重2天”入院。患者3年余前出现面色苍白，伴乏力，伴纳差、活动后胸闷，至我院就诊，查血常规：白细胞17．8×10^9／L，血红蛋白49g／L，血小板81×10^9／L。外周血涂片：幼稚粒细胞2％，有核红细胞16％，可见泪滴型红细胞。

Summary One patient with acute monocytic leukemia（M5） transformed from myelofibrosis（MF） was reported,Karyotype analysis was 46,XY;Detecting by flow cytometry , the antigens of CD13, CD33, CDllb, CD34 and HLA-DR were found expressed. The disease progressed vary fast and the patient died of respiratory failure. Myelofibrosis has 8%%-20% of opportunity to transform to acute leukemia.
