顺时养生护理措施对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响

The Effect of Time-adapting Regime Nursing on the ADL Ability of Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:探讨顺时养生护理措施对于改善脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组实施神经内科常规护理,观察组实施依据中医养生理论制定的顺时养生护理措施,观察2组护理干预前后ADL评分的变化情况。结果:ADL评分观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:顺时养生护理措施能更明显改善脑卒中患者的ADL能力。

Objective：To explore the influence of time-adapting regime nursing over the ability of daily life （ADL） for improving the cerebral apoplexy. Methods：The 60 patients of cerebral apoplexy were randomized into observation and control groups with 30 cases in each. The conventional nursing of neurology department were given to the cases of control group, while time-adapting regime nursing made according to TCM health preserving theory were administered to the patients of observation group. The changes of the ADL scores in both groups were ob-served before and after intervention. Results：The ADL scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The time-adapting regime nursing is effective in improving the ADL a-bility of patients with cerebral apoplexy.
