基于改进型转子磁链观测器的异步电机速度控制研究

摘要 针对异步电机低速运动时控制性能不佳的问题,提出了一种改进型转子磁链观测器。利用实测的转子速度信号,对常规转子磁链观测器进行改进,并结合磁场定向矢量控制方法,实现异步电机宽范围的调速性能。为提高控制系统模型的仿真速度,构建了异步电机简化模型,在保证仿真精度的同时大大提高仿真速度。对比仿真和实验结果表明,采用改进型转子磁链观测器,异步电机在高速和低速下均能获得较好的运动性能。 A modified rotor flux observer was proposed in this paper to solve the problem that induction mo-tors cannot be controlled well at low speeds. Actual rotor speed was measured to modify the original rotor fluxobserver, and field oriented vector control was combined to realize wide-range control performance of induc-tion motors. To improve the simulation speed of control system model, a simplified model of the inductionmotor was constructed. Simulation time was reduced largely, and meanwhile, the simulation accuracy wasensured. Comparative simulations and experimental results illustrate that the induction motor performs well atboth high and low speeds based on the modified rotor flux observer.
