Knitting Practice of Seamless Knitted Breast-shaping Vest by Using FLYCOOL~ Cool-feel Nylon Filament

基于FLYCOOL凉感锦纶的性能介绍,选用锦纶长丝、氨纶包芯丝以及4.44 tex/24 f FLYCOOL凉感锦纶长丝交织,在28针/25.4 mm的圣东尼SM8-TOP2无缝针织机上开发一款新型矫姿连体托胸背心产品。详细介绍产品款式和结构设计要点,各部位组织意匠图编织方法,编织工艺,以及染整生产技术。结果表明,通过功能性纱线与组织结构设计的有机结合,该矫姿连体托胸背心产品兼具凉感功能和良好的舒适弹性,适合中、青年女性穿着,对于无缝针织产品的开发具有借鉴意义。

Based on the introduction of the properties of the cool-feel nylon filament named FLYCOOL R, the paper develops a new kind of seamless knitted breast-shaping vest on 28 gauge SM8-TOP2 seamless knitting ma-chine, by using nylon filament, spandex yarns and 4.44 tex/24 f FLYCOOL filament inter-knitted. It also intro-duces in detail the design idea of the underwear, including style and pattern design, stitch structure, notation, knitting technology, as well as the dyeing and finishing technology. The results show that this seamless knitted breast-shaping vest has better cool-feel function and comfortable elasticity by combining the functional yarns with structure design, which is suitable for young and middle-aged women wearing.
