摘要
综合论述了柴油十六烷值改进剂的研究进展,阐述了十六烷值改进剂的作用机理,并对传统十六烷值改进剂和新型十六烷值改进剂两个方面进行分析比较,从而合理预测十六烷值改进剂发展方向。传统十六烷值改进剂仍以硝酸酯类为主,此类物质效果虽好,但由于其合成、储存及运输的不稳定性,危险系数极高。因此,可在此基础上进行复配以达到更理想效果。此外,绿色环保型的十六烷值改进剂也将有较为广阔的应用前景。
The achievements of cetane number improvers of diesel fuel was introduced.The working mechanism of improvers in improving the cetane number of diesel fuel was stated, the traditional and the new type of cetane number improvers were contrasted, the future trends of cetane number improvers were pointed out.The classification and the development of cetane number improver for diesel fuel were nitric acid esters, the effects of such substances were good, but extremely increased the risk because of the instability of the synthesis, storage and transport.A good effect could be achieved if the other substances were added into nitric acid esters at a proper proportion.Environmental-friendly cetane number improvers have broader application prospects.
