摘要
对云南产茯苓的化学成分进行研究,寻找具有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然产物。将茯苓干燥粉末进行水蒸气回流提取,浓缩,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取。将石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物经正相和反相硅胶柱、制备型HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根波谱学数据进行结构解析及确定。结果表明:从茯苓的石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:亚油酸(1)、茯苓新酸B(2)、茯苓新酸G(3)、Poriacosones A(4)3-氢化-松苓酸(5)和依布里酸(6)。经查阅文献可知,化合物(1)为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of Fuling grown in Yunnan, and aiming at searching for bio active natural products, Poria cocos dry power was re-fluxed, and the extraction was concentrated and extracted successively with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.Various chromatographic methods, including normal phase silica gel, reversed phase ODS and HPLC methods, were used to isolate the compounds and the structure was elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.The result showed that six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts, which were characterized as 9, 12-linoleic acid ( 1 ) , Poricoic acid B ( 2 ) , Poricoic acid G ( 3 ) , Poriacosones A(4), Trametenolic acid(5), Eburicoic acid(6).The compounds 1 was isolated from Poria cocos for the first time.
