摘要
为了培养具有自主学习意识的创新型人才,现代教育需要有新的理念,改变以教师为中心的传统教学模式,将学生从课堂上解放出来。药事管理学作为一门理论性、实践性、应用性较强的课程,其教学内容、方法与理念一直是随着社会的发展而变化。本文探讨在以学生为中心的教学理念下,药事管理学网络教学模式的优势及其实现途径,为培养创新型药事管理人才奠定基础。
In order to cultivate innovative talents with autonomy consciousness, modern education requires new ideas, which changes the traditional teaching mode from teacher-centered to student-centered.The advantages and realization way of network teaching mode in pharmacy administration following the student-centered teaching theory were investigated, which would help to lay a foundation for cultivating innovative talents.
