摘要
针对工业厂房的热环境,结合人体热平衡、劳动强度、温度与相对湿度连同空气流速等空气状态条件从主、客观两个方面分析了影响车间热环境的因素,从改善生产条件以降低劳动强度、采用通风与空气调节手段以调节车间内部温湿度、选用合理的送风形式以提高人们的满意率等方面提出了改善车间内部热环境条件的建议,旨在为车间环境优化设计提供理论参考。
In allusion to thermal environment in workshop, combined with thermal balance of human body, labor intensity and conditions of air, such as temperature relative humidity and air velocity and so on, factors which affected thermal environment were analyzed from aspects of subjectivity and objectivity.There suggestions including improving productive conditions to reduce labor intensity, taking advantages of air conditioning to control temperature and humidity indoor and choosing air supply styles to meet people's satisfaction rates were raised to improve thermal environment conditions in industrial workshop.And the purpose was to offer reference for optimize of workshop environmental quality.
