摘要
新疆伊犁河谷聚居的哈萨克族在长期的草原游牧生活中创造出了许多独特的非物质文化遗产,通过对河谷地区哈萨克族的非物质文化遗产传承和保护现状分析,发现存在的主要问题是传承出现断层、相关法律法规不完善、管理机构不健全、对传承人的培养滞后、专项资金缺乏等,并提出六项相应的对策措施与建议。
The Yili Kazakh valley inhabited by the nomadic life in the long term to create a unique non- material culture heritage, including Kazakh language, national literature, folk art, folk music, ethnic beliefs, customs and other life. In this paper, the Kazakh in the non-material cultural heritage and protection of the status quo, an analysis of the main problems that the corresponding measures, as well as heritage and the protection of the important practical significance and long-term strategic significance.
