钢材电子盘交易模式的探讨与实施

随着钢铁行业购销两头市场业务的金融属性不断增强，出现了现货电子盘交易、钢材期货新型购销管理模式，这些交易模式的发展壮大和管理方法的普及应用为创新钢材销售模式提供了有益的尝试，为丰富拓宽钢厂销售渠道提供了广阔平台，为稳定上游供应链建设，实现互利共赢提供了参考与借鉴。电子交易已逐渐成为诸多钢厂补充与调剂销售渠道，打造稳定高效供应链的一种有效选择。公司正是看到了它的优势和美好前景，近期开始着手筹建电子交易平台。为此，笔者对电子交易的特点、运作模式进行浅析，提出公司建设电子商务平台的几点思考。

With financial characters of trading in purchase and sale markets of iron and steel industry becoming more and more noticeable, new management modes about spot trading and futures trad- ing of steel products appear. Development of these trading ways and popularization of the management modes are beneficial attempts to innovate sale modes of steel products, strong bases to widen sale channels and good examples to steadily build raw material supply chains and realize mutual benefit and win-win result. Electric trading has become an available choice for many steel plants to add and adjust sale ways and build a stable and efficient supply chain. Shuigang has seen advantages and bright future of electric trading and has begun to set up electric trading platforms. So, the author briefly analyzes characters and operational pattern of electric trading and put forward several ideas to build electric commerce trading platforms.
