摘要
通过受力分析和速度分析,推导出了弹子盘加压机构的力传递函数和位移传递函数,提出了传动效率计算方法,分析了相关变量对力传递函数、位移传递函数及传动效率的影响,并给出了应用实例.研究结果可以应用于车辆制动器弹子盘加压机构的工程设计和仿真分析.
A force transfer function,a displacement transfer function and an approach of calculating transmitting efficiency for a ball-plate forcing mechanism are introduced by analyzing forces and velocities,and the effects of corelated variables on transfer functions and transmitting efficiency are analyzed.In the meantime,an application example is given in this paper.The results can be applied to the engineering design and simulation analysis of a ball-plate forcing mechanism in vehicle brakes.
